NexGen IoT complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. We process personal information lawfully and only for the purpose of delivering our services.

Lawful Processing

• We collect only data required to operate the service.
• Data is processed for authentication, device management, and support.
• We do not sell personal data.

Data Subject Rights

• Right to access and correct your personal information.
• Right to request deletion where legally permissible.
• Right to object to processing under specific circumstances.

Security Safeguards

We implement appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information against loss, damage, unauthorised access, or processing.

International Transfers

Some data may be processed on infrastructure outside South Africa (e.g. cloud services). We ensure adequate protection and lawful transfer mechanisms are in place.
